Staff AI Engineer – Agentic Systems & RAG Pipelines (Hybrid)

Accordion's Data & Analytics AI Lab seeks engineers at Staff, Senior Staff, or Executive Director levels to design and ship agentic AI systems for PE clients. You will own architecture, set standards, and collaborate with CFOs and operators. This is a high-velocity, technically deep role in a client-facing environment with opportunities to influence strategy, improve production systems, and advance AI‑driven value creation across portfolio companies.
