Senior AI Engineer - Agentic Systems & RAG Pipelines

Accordion is recruiting for two levels: Associate Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. You’ll work on agentic systems, write the agent logic, the RAG pipeline, and the eval harness for live client engagements, growing toward owning a workstream. This is a highly technical, fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll ship code from day one, learn the data landscape, and collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teammates to deliver real value.
