Required Skills & Qualifications
7 years of experience with Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
Strong expertise in Python and core Machine Learning techniques, including model development, optimization, and deployment.
Knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and building RAG-based solutions.
Understanding of Responsible AI (RAI) principles-fairness, transparency, privacy, safety-and experience applying them in real projects.
Ability to build scalable ML/AI pipelines and APIs, integrating models into production environments.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business and compliance standards.
Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning models in production environments.
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles in all AI solutions.
