The Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Principal / Staff AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI solutions that power our next generation of security and compliance products. This senior individual contributor will work on complex technical challenges, from developing large-scale machine learning models to improving automation and decision-making capabilities within our platform. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on technical expert and a thought leader, capable of pushing the boundaries of applied AI in the cybersecurity space.
Qualifications
Required
8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4+ years focused on AI/ML development
Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model deployment at scale
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with distributed computing and data pipelines
Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and generative AI applications
Proven experience building production-grade AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems while collaborating cross-functionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a research-driven approach

Background in applying AI/ML to cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or compliance automation
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Familiarity with MLOps practices for continuous training, testing, and monitoring of models
Knowledge of ethical AI considerations and regulatory requirements in security contexts
Record of patents, publications, or open-source contributions in AI/ML
