Transforming strategic blueprints into functional AI solutions, the full-time Entry-Level AI Engineer will develop Copilot agents and automation workflows while collaborating within a remote team to deliver scalable and secure implementations using Microsoft Power Platform and Claude.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Claude, ensuring compliance with data security standards
Collaborate on prompt engineering and conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance for developed solutions
Provide technical mentorship, develop user guides, and optimize solutions based on user feedback and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 1-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including solution design and deployment
Strong knowledge of modern AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot and Claude, for development and automation
Familiarity with integrating Teams, Microsoft 365, and Azure, along with understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment, balancing AI experimentation with compliance and data protection requirements
