To unify Clinical AI and Interoperability capabilities across Cigna Group, the full-time salaried Vice President, Clinical AI Engineering will manage the multi-year roadmap, capital allocation, and delivery outcomes while leading a distributed organization focused on AI-first solutions and enterprise interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
Own the U.S. Employer AI and Interoperability roadmap, including strategy and platform investment decisions Serve as the primary executive voice for AI strategy and progress across various leadership and client forums Lead the delivery of AI-first solutions and establish an AI-native operating model for the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 2+ years of core engineering leadership experience with GenAI and Clinical AI strongly preferred 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments Proven experience in building and scaling AI-first technology capabilities Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and data ecosystems
