Staff Data AI Engineer for Frontier Model Training

Handshake is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to help build data systems for frontier model training. You will design, implement, and improve pipelines that generate and sanitize data for AI research, while working with researchers, legal/compliance, and customers to turn data questions into durable products. Low-ego, collaborative engineers will join early to shape standards, architecture, and culture as the team tackles high-sensitivity data challenges and scalable data platforms.
