Staff Backend AI Engineer for Scalable AI Platforms

Aircall is seeking a backend/AI engineer to develop scalable AI applications for our 20,000+ customers and AI Products Platform. You will work with backend, frontend and infrastructure teams to design and implement systems, including agent context, agent infrastructure, MCP and memory components. The role requires 8+ years of backend development experience (Python/TS/Node.js/Java) with a strong AI background and a focus on security and performance. AWS production familiarity is a plus.
