Key responsibilities
Define the technical roadmap for Generative AI, focusing on automating healthcare coordination and improving patient outcomes
Architect and integrate AI features into the existing platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with data privacy standards
Mentor engineering teams on AI-native development practices and lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives
Required qualifications
10+ years of software development experience with a focus on building robust, scalable systems
2+ years of professional experience architecting production-grade applications using LLMs and RAG pipelines
Experience with Ruby on Rails and React in a web application environment
Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure design, including Terraform
Proven track record of technical leadership and project management in fast-paced environments
