Key responsibilities
Define and execute the technical roadmap for Generative AI, focusing on automating healthcare coordination
Lead the development of AI-powered features, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction through iterative prototyping
Implement monitoring and observability practices to maintain high availability, security, and scalability of AI services
Required qualifications
10+ years of software development experience with a strong background in building scalable systems
2+ years of experience architecting production-grade applications using LLMs and managing RAG pipelines
Proficiency in web application environments, particularly with Ruby on Rails and React
Experience with DevOps practices, including Terraform for AI infrastructure design
Demonstrated technical leadership skills, including mentoring and driving execution across teams
