To support the Applied AI function, a full-time Staff Applied AI Engineer will own a business domain, build AI solutions end-to-end, and establish reusable patterns while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Own a business domain by mapping workflows and prioritizing AI opportunities Build complex use cases from prototype to production, ensuring measurable impact Define success metrics upfront and account for cumulative value delivered to stakeholders
Required qualifications
Proven experience owning a domain or product area with a focus on roadmap development Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered solutions to real users in various contexts Strong proficiency with AI models such as Claude and OpenAI, and familiarity with orchestration tools Technical expertise in application engineering, including full-stack development Demonstrated ability to mentor and enhance the skills of other engineers
