Seeking a Staff Applied AI Engineer to join the Applied AI function in a full-time remote role, responsible for owning a business domain, building AI solutions end-to-end, and establishing reusable patterns to enhance team productivity. Key responsibilities

Own and map workflows within a specific business domain, prioritizing AI opportunities for development Develop and implement the most challenging use cases from prototype to production, ensuring measurable impact Create reusable assets from successful builds to streamline future projects and enhance team collaboration

Required qualifications

Proven experience in owning a product area or domain with a demonstrated ability to define and execute roadmaps Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered solutions to real users in multiple contexts Strong proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI, with a solid understanding of current frameworks and orchestration Technical expertise in application engineering, with experience in building and shipping production applications Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from operators to executives
