Key Responsibilities
Design company-wide AI vision, standards, and reference architectures
Lead complex applied research initiatives to advance AI capabilities
Establish standards for AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring across production systems
Required Qualifications
Recognized expert in applied AI with a demonstrated impact across multiple teams
Extensive experience architecting end-to-end AI systems and large-scale orchestration frameworks
Deep technical knowledge of LLMs, agent safety, and responsible AI
Strong fluency in Python and GenAI frameworks
Proven track record of improving reliability and debuggability of AI systems at scale
