Staff AI Engineer - Infra & Agentic Platform (Remote)

ShiftKey is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to own the AI infrastructure layer, including the knowledge platform, cloud hosting, and the retrieval stack. You will shape the next generation of the platform—retrieval, agentic systems, and governance—while working with engineering leadership and product teams. You will operate within a HIPAA-regulated SaaS environment, leveraging AWS Bedrock and Terraform, with high autonomy and cross-team collaboration across an all-remote US workforce.
