Staff AI Engineer Frontier Data & Production ML

Snorkel is hiring a Senior | Staff Software Engineer to advance frontier AI data and production ML systems. You will study how data is generated and evaluated, form hypotheses, validate them with production data, and ship scalable, reliable components for researchers and engineers. You will lead efforts in efficient evals, model routing, and serving open-weight models, while shaping the direction of ML engineering at Snorkel.
