Staff AI Engineer - Finance Automation (On-site NYC)

deCircle is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to build AI agents powering finance workflows for hundreds of enterprise customers. You will join a small, flat team of ~12, working directly with founders and the co-lead of engineering to own problems end-to-end from discovery to production deployment. The role emphasizes backend engineering with Python/TypeScript, LangChain/LangGraph, and integration with ERP systems, banks and billing services.
