Base pay range
$210,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our AI strategy, driving technical excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that have a tangible impact. You Will:
Architect and implement production-grade AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js
Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining hands-on
Design scalable and maintainable AI infrastructure
Build robust APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities
Work closely with product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
You Have:
Excelled in software engineering and have made significant contributions on AI/LLM technologies
Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development practices
Experience architecting and implementing production AI systems
Strong background in API development (Python/Django/Flask experience is a plus)
️ Proven track record of driving technical initiatives in complex environments
Practical experience with LangChain.js or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
History of delivering end-to-end solutions independently
