Staff AI Engineer — Agents & Experiences

Linktree is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join the AI Agents and Experience team. You’ll translate frontier model capabilities into usable, trustworthy creator, business, and audience experiences, shipping AI agents and AI-powered features end-to-end from concept to production. You’ll work across product, design, data, and platform engineering, focusing on latency, safety, and observability while maintaining strong product judgment.
