We're looking for a Staff AI Engineer to lead the development and technical direction of an advanced AI-powered healthcare platform. This role is ideal for an experienced AI engineer who enjoys designing production-grade AI systems, building reliable multi-model architectures, and solving complex real-world problems. You'll own the AI strategy, establish best practices, and develop scalable systems that prioritize reliability, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
Proven experience developing production AI systems using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning systems beyond generative AI.
Demonstrated success designing orchestrated multi-model and agentic AI applications.
Experience creating AI evaluation frameworks, observability systems, and model guardrails.
Strong understanding of AI architecture, system design, and production engineering best practices.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
Experience fine-tuning large language models is a plus.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates ownership, accountability, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
