We're looking for a senior engineer to help design and scale AI capabilities across a cloud-based application ecosystem. This role focuses on building the core platform, services, and standards that allow teams to integrate machine learning and generative AI into products in a secure, reliable, and scalable way.
What You'll Do
Develop and embed AI-driven features into applications, workflows, and backend services
Partner with product and business teams to identify high-impact use cases for automation, insights, and personalization
Build reusable components and frameworks to enable consistent AI adoption across engineering teams
Define best practices for architecture, security, and responsible AI usage
Evaluate emerging cloud AI tools and recommend adoption based on business value
Support and enhance production systems, improving performance, monitoring, and reliability
Contribute to documentation, standards, and mentoring to elevate engineering practices
What You Bring
6+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise or product environments
Strong backend development skills (C#,.NET, APIs)
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and modern architecture patterns
Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI integration in real-world applications
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React or similar) is a plus
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and CI/CD practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
