We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior AI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and workflow automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI ecosystems, with the ability to build scalable, production-ready conversational and automation platforms. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using
Python ,
LangChain , and
LangGraph . Build complex agentic workflows and stateful conversational systems using graph-based architectures. Integrate LLMs such as
OpenAI GPT ,
Claude ,
Llama , and other foundation models into enterprise applications. Create, test, and optimize prompts to improve model performance and user experience. Develop workflow automation solutions using agent-based frameworks and orchestration tools. Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems into AI-powered applications. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions. Evaluate, monitor, and improve AI agents using industry-standard evaluation frameworks and methodologies. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best-practice initiatives. Deploy and maintain AI applications in cloud environments, preferably
Microsoft Azure . Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Python , including asynchronous programming, object-oriented programming (OOP), and advanced data structures. Proven experience with
LangChain
and
LangGraph
in production environments. Deep understanding of
Large Language Models (LLMs)
and
Small Language Models (SLMs) . Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and generative AI optimization techniques. Experience designing and debugging complex graph-based conversational workflows. Strong API development and integration experience. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as: PyTorch TensorFlow Hugging Face Transformers Experience building autonomous workflows using agentic AI frameworks. Knowledge of AI agent evaluation methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
