Senior Voice AI Engineer — Linguistics & Speech

ServiceNow is building Voice AI experiences in Santa Clara. You will own language support end to end, from diagnostics to fixes, contributing to the core Voice Platform components such as speech recognition, conversation management, and speech generation. Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in Linguistics or related field, 4+ years of experimental design, and hands-on experience with Python and Voice AI applications. Fluency in another language is a plus.
