Python; REST APIs; SDK design; MCP and agent interoperability; integration architecture; CI/CD; automated testing; authentication and authorization; observability; cloud-native engineering. Charlotte, North Carolin Enterprise Experience - AI Experience Engineers 2 Develop and operate AI-enabled portal experiences, agents, workflows, and reusable components supporting broad enterprise adoption. Python; LLM frameworks; prompt engineering; RAG; agentic frameworks; REST APIs; vector search; Git and CI/CD; containers and Kubernetes; cloud-native development; production troubleshooting. Charlotte, North Carolin Core Skill Requirements (ones marked in blue are medium priority) o 6-8 years of strong experience in Java development, including proficiency in Spring SpringBoot o 2-3 years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development o Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs o Strong understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux, etc.) o Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture o Database expertise in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS) o Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines o GraphQL knowledge • AI / Conversational Platform Exposure o Strong understanding of Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational AI frameworks o Exposure to LLM (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering concepts o Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks o Conceptual understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry. • Additional Skills o Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. o Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.) o Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams • Preferred Qualifications o Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. o Prior experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms is an advantage.
