Senior Site AI Engineer
Join Suffolk's project teams across the U.S. as the senior on-site catalyst who turns AI ideas into working reality, while mentoring a distributed network of junior Site AI Engineers. Partnering with each project's AI Champion (Project Manager or Superintendent), you'll uncover pain points, redesign workflows, and deploy GPT/Copilot/custom agents that cut down reporting, accelerate RFIs, simplify look-ahead planning, progress updates, materials tracking, and more. When needed, you will also develop user stories and coordinate development with the central AI Studio. You'll help shape the long-range vision of the "Construction Site of the Future," showing how agentic AI will transform project management operations.
Location: Starting location Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with flexibility to relocate within 612 months to a major metropolitan area on the East Coast.
