Senior Salesforce AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical architect and hands-on Salesforce engineer, leveraging AI expertise.
Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
Lead Salesforce development, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Make informed decisions on architectural design and provide consultation.
Coordinate with teams for deployment and production support.
Work with business analysts and product managers to translate requirements into solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
6 years of experience with Salesforce development and AI solutions.
3-5 years of experience with web services.
1-2 years of experience with the Lightning framework (Aura, LWC).
Expertise in Java and Apex programming languages.
Proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using APIs.
Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce developer/architect/admin certifications, including Salesforce Einstein certifications.
Experience in AI application development.
Leadership experience in a sourced environment.
