We're looking for a
Senior Python / AI Engineer
to build and deploy Python-based, agentic AI automations for business processes. The role is primarily focused on
new automation development
, from solution design through testing and deployment. Some solutions run on
GCP , and occasionally you may convert existing RPA/UiPath workflows into Python-based agentic solutions. What You'll Do
Design and build Python-based automations and agentic AI workflows. Integrate LLM agents, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Deploy and operate solutions on GCP. Build automated tests and support CI/CD deployments. Troubleshoot and optimize production automations. Conduct code reviews and support junior/mid-level engineers. Explain technical approaches and trade-offs to clients and stakeholders. Occasionally migrate UiPath/RPA workflows to Python and agentic AI. Requirements
5+ years of Python engineering experience , including production applications, APIs, or data pipelines. Experience building
LLM/agentic AI automations
and orchestration workflows. Strong solution design and problem-solving skills. Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD . Hands-on exposure to
GCP
(Cloud Run, GKE, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, or similar). Experience writing maintainable, well-tested Python code. Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have
UiPath or other RPA experience. Experience migrating RPA workflows to Python/AI. Consulting or client-facing delivery experience. AWS or Azure exposure. Familiarity with process mining, low-code platforms, or conversational AI.
