Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of AI/ML engineers to build and scale the Data Flywheel
Define project roadmaps, set development priorities, and align team efforts with organizational goals
Promote a collaborative team culture and establish best practices for engineering execution
Required Qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams
Track record of delivering scalable software solutions using Python
Experience solving data scaling challenges and incorporating multiple data sources
Strong organizational and people leadership skills
