Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer
with
10+ years of experience
to provide hands-on development and implementation of machine learning, LLM, agentic AI, and RAG solutions. This is a Contract opportunity.

Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type:

Core Requirements:
10+ years of relevant Machine Learning / AI experience
Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or MongoDB
Experience with multi-agent orchestration, LangGraph, FastAPI, and MCP
Strong model and agent evaluation experience, including evaluation criteria, golden datasets, response-quality measurement, groundedness validation, and regression monitoring
Experience with Docker and CI/CD
Experience with AI security and governance practices, including PII handling, prompt injection testing, guardrails, and audit logging
We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:
Snowflake experience
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and implement machine learning and AI models using relevant data sources.
Build LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and scalable AI services.
Conduct data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation.
Develop and execute model and agent evaluation frameworks.
Test agent routing and task completion and validate groundedness.
Monitor regression across prompts, tools, and workflows.
Deploy AI-driven applications and monitor performance in production environments.
Document methodologies and collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with project requirements.
