Overview

We’re looking for two Senior AI Engineers who can build full AI pipelines from concept to deployment. You’ll be responsible for designing, training, optimizing, and integrating large models (LLMs), reasoning systems, and autonomous agent frameworks. You’ll work directly with the executive AI lead to bring PYfecta®’s vision of private, local, and self-evolving AI systems to life. Key Responsibilities

Architect, code, and deploy scalable AI and LLM-based systems from the ground up. Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize large models and embeddings. Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented ) pipelines integrating ChromaDB, PostgreSQL, and vector databases. Implement deep reasoning, self-learning, and contextual recall frameworks. Develop modular AI frameworks capable of multi-agent communication. Collaborate with other AI engineers, project managers, and hardware engineers on system integration. Maintain performance optimization, version control, and clean code architecture. Create API endpoints and interfaces for system management and monitoring. Document workflows, contribute to research, and help define next- AI standards. Core Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience. 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML system development experience. Expert-level Python development (async, modular architecture, multi-threading). Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and RAG architecture. Experience with LangChain, LLM APIs, and custom model training. Skilled in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and structured data management. Proficient with ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate for vector search and memory recall. Capable of building full-stack AI inference and reasoning pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, FastAPI, and local GPU deployment. Excellent communication, documentation, and debugging skills. About PYfecta

PYfecta® is an advanced AI ecosystem headquartered in the Midwest, developing next- intelligent systems that merge local infrastructure with self-evolving AI technology.
