Senior Legal AI Engineer — In-House, Cross-Brand

Match Group is seeking a builder-minded AI professional to fuse legal practice with applied AI. You will prototype AI-powered tools for contract review, regulatory tracking, and risk assessment, working with in-house lawyers and engineers across Tinder, Hinge, Match and other brands. You’ll ship early, measure against human baselines, and scale successful tools across brands, with freedom to define what an AI-native legal function looks like at Match Group.
