Role Overview:

The Senior Lead AI Engineer will mentor engineers, guide architecture and implementation, and collaborate closely with stakeholders while remaining capable of contributing directly to development when needed.
Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments
Proven experience leading teams or managing delivery
Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Hands-on experience in LLMs, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable ML infrastructure
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
7+ Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
Background in NLP, computer vision, or time series
Experience with AI orchestration or multi-agent systems
