Overview:
We are looking for experienced GenAI Engineers to build the core intelligence layer for enterprise AI applications, including agents, workflows, prompts, and decision logic.
Technology Stack (Priority Order):
Programming Language:
Strong Python coding
Agent & RAG Frameworks:
LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy
LLM APIs:
Gemini, Bedrock, Vertex AI, Claude
Vector Databases:
Pinecone, Weaviate (or similar)
Evaluation Tools:
LangSmith, custom evaluation pipelines
Key Responsibilities:
Build multi-step and multi-agent workflows
Implement RAG pipelines and document retrieval strategies
Design prompt templates, system instructions, and guardrails
Integrate agents with tools, APIs, and internal services
Optimize latency, accuracy, and token usage
Develop automated LLM evaluation and regression testing
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs and embeddings
Solid understanding of prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and services
