Role Overview:
This Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and scaling cloud-native applications for Operational Efficiency (OE) Platforms and AI Solutions. Key initiatives include Design Automation, Design Validation, Permit Automation, and AI-powered solutions like Obi (new joiner onboarding) and NOVA (workflow orchestration).
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and scale cloud-native applications supporting Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives and AI Solutions. Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Design and build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or GCP. Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures. Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices. Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards. Required Skills:
8+ years of full-stack software development experience. Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Python. Experience with PostgreSQL, Drizzle and/or SQLAlchemy ORM. Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices. Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud services, including full-stack development and AI ecosystem integration. Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Demonstrated AI experience, including using AI in SDLC, implementing RAG, and evaluating LLMs. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of full-stack software development experience.
