Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Cleveland, OH, 44136 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016 Onsite 5 days a week in office Pay Rate: $60 to 70/hr. on W2 ONLY Length of Assignment: 9 Months Contract to Hire role Function of the Group: Intelligent Automation, leveraging AI Initiatives/Projects: Agentic Platform building for Client internal resources Industry background: IT Financial Services: preferred Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to design, and build an Agentic Platform for internal use. This role blends traditional full-stack development with modern AI/ML system design, enabling intelligent, data-aware user experiences. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver robust, scalable solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. Must Have Technical Skills (5 - 8 years of experience Required): 1. Python, 2. LLM Basics, 3. RAG, 4. Systems Design and Engineering, 5. Ability to design a fault tolerant production system, 6. APIs, 7. Agile Flex Skills/Nice to Have: 1. Java, 2. Jira, 3. Client Office, 4. Experience with relational databases. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Pre-Screening Questions: 1. What was your role in the most recent project that you contributed to? 2.
