Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to lead the development of Forge, a greenfield agentic platform that replaces the human-driven SDLC with autonomous agent chains. You’ll work across the full stack—from orchestration and multi-agent coordination to MCP server design and RAG pipelines. The role focuses on real-world problems: memory and state across multi-step runs, inter-agent trust, cost attribution at scale, and compliance in a regulated industry.
