Senior Forge AI Engineer — Remote, Build Autonomous Agent

Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to design and ship Forge — a greenfield autonomous agent chain replacing the traditional SDLC in production. You'll work across orchestration, memory, MCP server design, RAG pipelines, and safety primitives to ensure trustworthy, scalable AI systems. The role emphasizes building end-to-end agentic capabilities, handling multi‑agent coordination and cost attribution at scale in a regulated industry, with opportunities to influence product direction
