Senior Forge AI Engineer - Remote

Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to pioneer Forge—an autonomous agentic platform replacing traditional SDLC with end-to-end, agent-driven workflows. You’ll span orchestration, MCP server design, RAG pipelines, and safety primitives in production. You’ll tackle challenges in memory, trust, cost attribution, and compliance within a regulated environment, shipping real systems already in use.
