Senior Forge AI Engineer: Architecting Autonomous Agents

Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to help build Forge, a greenfield agentic platform that replaces the human-driven SDLC with autonomous agents. You'll work across the full stack from orchestration to RAG pipelines and safety primitives in production. The role emphasizes designing memory, multi-agent coordination, and safe-by-design tooling, with live shipping systems and real-world reliability.
