Required qualifications

15+ years of experience in software, machine learning, or data engineering, with expertise in Large Language Models Proven leadership experience in delivering advanced AI solutions and managing complex projects Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, A/B testing, and drift detection methodologies Solid understanding of model monitoring, governance, and compliance practices Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
