Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Senior Director of AI Engineering will oversee the design and deployment of AI-powered products, ensuring responsible and scalable AI solutions while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Partner with engineers, research scientists, and product managers to deliver transformative AI products Oversee the development and support of AI software components, including model training and evaluation Define and drive the enterprise-wide AI strategy, ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with significant experience in AI and ML technologies At least 5 years of people leadership experience Experience managing and leading engineering teams focused on AI solutions Proven track record in deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics with expertise in AI optimization techniques
