Senior Director of AI Engineering

Leading the engineering teams for enterprise AI platform initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of AI Engineering will manage capabilities in document pipelines, event-driven architecture, and agentic user interfaces, while building and scaling teams and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities

Lead engineering teams in delivering and supporting enterprise-scale AI platform capabilities from build through production Recruit, hire, and mentor engineering talent while fostering a strong engineering culture focused on innovation and accountability Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to shape the platform's roadmap and ensure adherence to architectural standards

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles managing large, distributed teams Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale software projects on time and within budget Strong technical expertise in software architecture, API development, and cloud services Experience using AI-assisted development platforms and familiarity with AI-enabled software delivery practices
