Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / AI Engineer with strong expertise in data analytics and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven insights, develop advanced dashboards, and support AI-powered chatbot and automation initiatives, preferably within the Pharma or Life Sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows
Develop and enhance conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and NLP-based applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
Ensure data quality through robust data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes
Support development and deployment of machine learning models for AI use cases
Optimize database performance and improve efficiency of data systems
Work with Pharma/Life Sciences data while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience
in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI-related roles
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
Solid understanding of machine learning and/or conversational AI concepts
Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences domain is required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with chatbot development or NLP frameworks
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, HIPAA)
Experience supporting clinical, regulatory, or commercial data use cases
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
