Senior Data & AI Engineer
to join one of the most exciting, forward-thinking organizations in the manufacturing industry! This is not your typical engineering opportunity.

We're looking for a
hands-on builder
who loves turning complex data challenges and emerging AI capabilities into real-world business solutions.
Building scalable data pipelines, analytical models, and reusable data products using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and dbt. Developing Python applications, REST APIs, and data services that connect enterprise systems. Taking machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and Generative AI solutions from concept to production. Implementing automated testing, CI/CD, data-quality controls, monitoring, and modern engineering practices. Partnering with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to solve meaningful business problems.
5+ years in data engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical field. ~ Strong hands-on
Python and advanced SQL
skills. ~ Experience building production-grade pipelines, cloud data solutions, and integrations across enterprise systems. ~ Understanding of REST APIs, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and the full software development lifecycle. ~ Experience with
Snowflake, dbt, FastAPI, Azure, Terraform, MLOps, or Generative AI
is a plus. ~ Opportunity to build meaningful AI and data solutions that directly impact the business. ~ Hybrid schedule:
onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in Downtown Chicago.
