Job Title: Senior Backend and AI Engineer - Lounge Services
Location: New York, NY
Rate : $54/hr on C2C
Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Backend and AI Engineer with strong experience in backend development, distributed systems, and Agentic AI. The candidate will design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered applications. They will build and manage AI agents, LLM integrations, and orchestration workflows while ensuring system performance, reliability, security, and scalability. Required Skills
Programming: Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and/or Golang. Backend Development: REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Agentic AI & LLM: AI agents, LLM integration, planning, tool calling, memory, and evaluation. AI Frameworks: LangGraph, LanEligible to workhain, or similar frameworks. Cloud & DevOps: AWS or Eligible to workP, Docker, and Kubernetes. Messaging & Workflows: Kafka, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and workflow engines. Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Other Skills: CI/CD, automated testing, system design, and technical leadership.
