Senior Applied AI Engineer - Real Estate Tech

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a Senior Associate in New York to lead applied AI initiatives in real estate. You will partner with investment, asset management and tech teams to translate AI opportunities into technical plans, develop data-driven workflows, and deploy reliable outputs. You’ll work hands-on with Python, SQL, APIs and LLMs to build dashboards, data pipelines and enterprise AI tools, while ensuring security, governance and scalability.
