Senior Applied AI Engineer - Production ML & Client Impact

Groundswell seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to turn ambiguous business problems into working AI solutions for federal clients. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to production, balancing accuracy, cost, latency, and security, while collaborating with engineers, executives, and end users. You will define success criteria, design architectures, and drive implementation of end-to-end capabilities, including prompts, retrieval, and interfaces.
