About you / Qualifications
5+ years of experience deploying AI models with demonstrated business impact.
Proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end AI solutions, with emphasis on Generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and finetuning.
Deep expertise in Generative AI interaction tools (OpenAI, Bedrock, Hugging Face TGI, Ollama, LangChain, llamaIndex).
Expertise with machine learning tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML).
Track record of monitoring model performance post-deployment and linking AI solutions to tangible business impact.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills, working with stakeholders across functions to deploy AI solutions that meet business needs.
Natural problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions in complex environments.
Lifelong learner, staying updated on new technologies and methodologies in AI.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development in a fast-paced environment.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in the intersection of healthcare and AI.

Lead the creation of AI solutions utilizing LLMs, influencing business outcomes by deploying new solutions in collaboration with product and business teams.
Deployment and Impact:
Work with industry-standard LLM APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to inject cutting-edge AI functionalities into broader applications.
Performance Monitoring:
Create models that drive business outcomes and iteratively improve based on data-driven insights; ensure deployed models operate efficiently.
Agile Collaboration:
Deploy models within an Agile framework, collaborating with the Applied AI team and cross-functional partners to iterate and achieve shared goals.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $188,600 - $235,800, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $180,400 - $225,500. Other states may vary. This role is eligible for annual cash bonus and equity grants. The actual offer is determined based on skills, experience, and business considerations.
