Joining a dynamic AI Product team, the full-time Senior Analyst AI Engineer will apply technical expertise to support the Claude platform, manage incident resolution, and develop documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Resolve user incidents and manage the ticket lifecycle in ServiceNow, including escalation and documentation
Develop and maintain internal and public-facing technical documentation and training materials for users
Collaborate with the Build team on automation development, feature testing, and process design for new capabilities
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical role involving automation, systems analysis, or platform operations
2+ years producing technical documentation or workflow guides in a professional environment
1+ year of experience in an agile environment where processes and tools are evolving
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or related field
