Lead, develop, and grow the engineering team, ensuring high standards for technical judgment and product quality
Partner with product leadership to translate strategy into engineering plans that deliver measurable customer value
Drive projects to completion by aligning stakeholders, clearing blockers, and ensuring consistent high-quality work delivery
Required qualifications
Experience shipping production agentic software and leading engineering teams in complex domains
Strong product judgment with the ability to connect customer needs to product experiences and technical architecture
Hands-on familiarity with LLM applications, agentic systems, and workflow orchestration
Technical depth across backend services, AI workflows, and consumer fintech products
Ability to drive outcomes in ambiguity while maintaining clarity and alignment across functions
