Leading a hybrid software engineering team, the full-time Senior AI Engineering Manager will drive the development and delivery of internal AI platforms and solutions, ensuring high code quality and effective project planning in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage a team of internal engineers and external vendors to deliver scalable and performant AI platforms and services
Define and own the long-term architectural vision and strategy for enterprise AI platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure
Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather business AI requirements and ensure solutions address operational challenges
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong background in enterprise-scale applications
2+ years of leadership experience managing a software development team
Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide AI tool rollouts and AI/ML projects
Proficiency in modern software development practices and relevant programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
